WordPress for Libraries: Create Great Library Websites with WordPress CMS (Content Management System)
LIBRARIES USING WORDPRESS
A selection of libraries using WordPress - most examples are for libraries using WordPress as a content management system (CMS) to serve as the primary website for their library. (This list is by no means comprehensive!)
Collins Hill High School Media Center - Actually done with Weebly, but looks just like a WordPress site, so I'm including it as as a good example of what you could do.
Southern Adirondack Library System (NY) - This may be the earliest region-wide project focused on providing libraries with WordPress based websites. In September 2006, a group of 30 library staff learned how to use WordPress to create a complete website, not just a news blog. About 1/3 of the their 35 libraries are now using WordPress. I was excited to work with Elaine Baker and the staff of Southern Adirondack Library System on this project.
