You AND your students can benefit from sharing ideas and resources with other educators and subject experts around the world. Building a community of colleagues that you can turn to when you're stumped, need new ideas or want to share your successes, should be part of every educator's professional development plan! Your PLN certainly includes folks in your school and region, but with so many social media tools available to us, there's no reason you can't connect with that kindred spirit half-way around the world!
- Starting a PLN ; short video to get you started thinking about your own PLN
- PLN Playlist : Joyce Valenza's collection of information on what a PLN is.
